NOTICE OF ADAPTER ANTISUIE

Installation of the adapter

NOTICE DE L’ADAPTATEUR ANTISUIE
Avec l'adaptateur anti suie pour foyer fermé. Cet adaptateur (système breveté) va dans les inserts et foyers fermés rectangulaires.
Mise en place de l'adaptateur
Retirez le chenet face à la vitre de votre insert, et mettre l'adaptateur à la place. Cet adaptateur a de chaque côté une partie mobile, de façon à les faire coulisser pour les régler à la dimension du foyer (à régler vous même). Ils doivent toucher la paroi de votre insert de chaque côté. Le déflecteur de l'adaptateur doit être à trois ou quatre centimètres de la vitre de l'insert.
Comment utiliser cet adaptateur ? Recommandations importantes pour une mise en place réussie :
Prendre du bois de 2 ans minimum de séchage, les rondins seront fendus. Le chêne, l'acacia, le charme et le frêne sont très bons, mais pour le châtaignier, le noyer, les résineux, il faudra laisser la porte du cendrier un peu plus ouverte car ces bois ont beaucoup de tanin provocant du brunissage. Évitez que le bois touche l'adaptateur celui-ci devra être à environ 6 centimètres du bois, l'écorce sera toujours mise côté de la plaque du foyer. Allumer votre feu normalement.
-----IMPORTANT ---- Il ne faut pas fermer la porte de votre insert tout de suite, juste la laisser entrebâillée de 1 à 2 cm. Laissez la porte du cendrier un peu ouverte afin que la vitre du foyer se chauffe, pendant environ 15 à 20 minutes. Lorsque la vitre est bien chaude, fermez la porte de l'insert de façon à ce que l'air ne puisse plus entrer. Veuillez à ce que le joint de la porte soit en bon état et ne laisse pas passer d'air. La porte du cendrier doit laisser passer juste un filet d'air, ne pas bloquer cette porte, cet air sera réchauffé et se dirigera dans l'adaptateur par l'intermédiaire de la grille du foyer qui elle devra être propre.
TRES IMPORTANT
Nettoyez votre grille le soir pour passer la nuit, car avec le feu de la journée votre grille sera pleine de cendre et ne laissera plus passer l'air, et à ce moment là votre insert brûlera en vase clôt d'où brunissage, mais pas de suie noire.
A chaque fois que l'air ne passe plus par la grille, vous risquez d'avoir du brunissage. Pour passer la nuit, prendre du bois fendu avec peu d'écorce et l'écorce sera du côté intérieur du foyer mais pas de rondin car trop d'écorce qui en se consumant facilitera le brunissage.
Important aussi le cendrier sera vidé régulièrement pour éviter la poussière des cendres. IL FAUT TOUJOURS MAINTENIR DE LA BRAISE de manière que le bois se consume avec une petite flamme. Maintenant votre adaptateur remplit son rôle.
A chaque fois que vous mettrez du bois, vous pourrez essuyer la vitre avec un chiffon mais pas de papier car vous n'aurez que de la poussière si vous avez bien respecté la mise en route et employé du bon bois.
Naturellement il faudra quand même nettoyer votre vitre, mais avec beaucoup moins de mal. Économique et écologique pour le brunissage, plus besoin de produits : seul de l'eau chaude et une éponge suffit pour nettoyer la vitre chaude. Ne pas nettoyer lorsque la vitre est brûlante !!d |
