The machine consists of two units: cleaning and sizing unit, dehulling and separating unit.
The cleaning and sizing unit can clean various impurities in pumpkin seeds or watermelon seeds, and then sizes the seeds into 8 grades.
The dehulling and separating unit can dehull each grade individually, then remove the shells, separate out and re-separate out the unhulled seeds from the kernels, and the unhulled seeds will be returned back to dehuller for dehulling again automatically. Thus automation degree has been greatly improved.
The equipment features low electricity consumption, compact structure, minimum space occupation, low damage of seeds and kernels, automatic feeding of unhulled seeds, very good effects of dehulling (shelling) and separating, easy operation and maintenance. It is well recognized to be one of the most optimum equipment for processing pumpkin seeds and watermelon seeds in the world.
