The main features of sand making machine

3.It is slightly influenced by the humidity of material, and the max humidity is 8%.
4.It is more suitable for crushing materials of mid-hardness and high-hardness.

Principe de fonctionnement :
(1) centre d’alimentation : La matière première tombe vers le bas dans le distributeur d'alimentation, puis entre dans l'impeller par le trou central d'entrée. Elle accélére dans l'impeller à grande vitesse, puis est jetée à la vitesse de 60-75m/s. Quand elle frappe le plat d'impact, elle est écrasée. Les produits finis viennent en bas de sortir.
(2) Anneau d’ alimentation : La matière première tombe vers le bas dans le distributeur d'alimentation, puis par l'anneau, elle est divisée en deux divisions par le plat de matériel-devisé. un entre dans l'impeller par le centre du plat de matériel-devisé L'autre tombe vers le bas de l'extérieur du plat de matériel-devisé. Le matériel, qui est jeté par impeller à la vitesse de 60-75m/s, frappe le matériel descendant de l'extérieur de du plat de matériel-devisé. De cette façon, le matériel est écrasé.
