Straight Centrifugal Grinder is used to grind various non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in mining, building, chemical, metallurgical industry, etc.Straight Centrifugal Grinder can grind high, medial and low hardness material whose Moth's hardness is below 9.5,such as silica carbide, zirconium, quartz stone, granite, barite, marble, limestone, soap stone, calcium sulphate stone, slag, ceramic prismatic, glass, etc.
The working principle of straight centrifugal grinder :
The motor drives the rollers suspension frame through flywheel and shaft,and the rollers will rotate around the ring with the rollers suspension frame. Deduster will eliminate the dust, at the same tiem, it will also carry away the heat.
Dry production:
The stuff enters the input opening, after distributed by distribute cone, it falls down the ring like the waterfall. It will be grinded to powder by the rollers in turn, discharged from the discharge pipe.
Wet production
The process assembles the Dry Production; the difference lies in adding water and the dehydration after grinding. This process can be designed according the user's requirements.

Moulin à Cylindre est composé surtout du processeur central, le séparateur, le téléphone, a fini le collectionneur de cyclone en poudre, le filtre de sac et les pipes communiquantes, etc.
Selon le besoin d'utilisateurs, le moulin peut aussi être équipé avec les équipements auxiliaires comme le concasseur, les ascenseurs de seau, la trémie, le mangeur vibrant électromagnétique et le coffret d'interrupteur, etc. À l'intérieur du processeur central, le sous-assemblage de rouleau est suspendu sur la jarretelle de rouleau par l'axe de soutien horizontal, et la jarretelle de rouleau arrangée avec le puits principal et l'éventaire de pelle. Trouvé à l'extérieur du rouleau portant la maison, les printemps de pression font des rouleaux faire chuter la surface intérieure d'anneau par l'axe de soutien horizontal.
Caractéristiques:
1. Comparé avec d'autres moulins, ses augmentations de capacité de 10 %-20 % dans la même condition de pouvoir et la force de compression de rouleaux à la matière s'améliorent 800-1200kgf sous la force de printemps de haute pression.
2. La grandeur de produit fini peut être 0.613mm (30mesh)-0.033mm (425mesh). Certains peuvent atteindre la finesse de 0.013mm (1000 maille).
3. Le Moulin de Suspension de Haute pression satisfait les besoins de norme de décharge publique de poussière nationale.
4. Le séparateur peut être réglé très facilement.
5. Les sceaux de multiclasse sont adoptés pour garder l'équipement de grincement fermement fermé. |
